Our Language Training Service

Our service is designed to provide you with a customised language training course at the time and place to suit you, with tuition adapted to your needs and learning style.

Your Account Manager

We pride ourselves on the high level of administrative support that we provide throughout your course. We will appoint an Account Manager, who will act as your individual point of contact and who will be responsible for organising courses, reports, payment systems, exams and other administrative issues.

High-Quality Service

To ensure you receive the course that you need, our friendly and professional staff will provide you with the following high-quality service.

  • Needs Analysis: an initial discussion to ascertain your language requirements and timescale.
  • Language Assessment: an in-depth assessment of your existing language skills against national standards.
  • Course Plan: a programme including areas to work on (e.g. grammar, pronunciation, specific skills) realistic targets, course duration, discussion of suitable location, timings etc.
  • Tutor Selection: appointment of a carefully selected tutor.
  • Monitoring: we will monitor and review your progress to make any necessary amendments to the course content or plan.
  • Examinations: exams are not mandatory, but as a recognised Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) centre, we can make the necessary arrangements if you would like to work towards a business language exam.
  • End of Course Report: we can provide an end of course report with details of your progress and recommendations for further study.
